Exactly and they already resigning before all the jobs are gone. So the machines will replace them quite easily.

Yes i think in the beginning will probably be alot of remote monitoring where they can takeover if need be. However you may have like 1 guy monitoring several dozen machines that's replaced over 100 workers or so.
