Yes but manual curation is unrealistic and impractical. The statistics are the average social media user has only about 5 minutes per engagement. So the majority of people couldn't manually curate if they wanted to. That's why a sophisticated autocuration system like bitcoin myk has makes more sense simply because it will better distribute the cryptocurrency especially if you have many active users.

The other reason it doesn't make practical sense is that the system of curation moreso serves an elite group and not the normal range of users. So i'm not saying we shouldn't manually curate thats more desirable. I'm simply saying it does very little across the board its just not going to be possible without some well organized delegation system or some type of autocuration algo which i think makes more sense like bitcoin myk has.

It's all about the systems that serve the most people in the end. Not the few. Or the one.
