Sure but when you speak of "innovation" perhaps we need to actually see that and not more cloned defi systems that recreate these ponzis or and over again. To make a valuable tool it often times means people actually find value in it beyond just the price going up from speculation.
So it shouldn't surprise us they mostly fail.. When you speak of inflow what is the convincing strategy behind that in that most still find crypto just super high risk speculative investments?
Obviously i can't predict the future but i would think it would probably be more likely defi projects on ethereum or an ethereum fork would be where the more successful projects are. .That's likely where the most money and attention will be from both retail and institutional investors but that's just how i'd look at it.
