Well i absolutely don't believe Satoshi created bitcoin to be an inferior product. i think it's just the same limitations as human beings we have here. We got developers and engineers who aren't economist who are in dominant positions and it's probably one of the worse things that can happen in any system where you have what you have here where the person who can write the code for the system also controls it.

Our systems work better when we have the knowledge to delegate areas of responsibility to those who are more specialized. So this ends up working bad for cryptocurrency economics that it actually kinda is opposite end where someone like vitalik ends up owning most of the money supply.

So a system like bitcoin as someone brought up in the thread.. it's more likely that its some type of government controlled cia offshoot. Which is why the united states hasn't shut it down yet could be some global data collection system , so its not that Satoshi did that on purpose it's more than likely its goverrnment controlled or Satoshi created it to be amendable and the greedy capitalist morons who can't see two inches off their noses decided to make it an overly useless speculative asset class to make money and continue to rob citizens of their wealth through more schemes but utilitized to the world would do very little which is why we can't find practical use for bitcoin now. I said " practical use" not just use. Anything can fall under use but the practicality of bitcoin most agree is ridiculous.

So Satoshi could have been working on bitcoin decades earlier which means now you talking about an outdated system several decades old that the people of today won't even let improve. Do i believe Satoshi wanted that? No, i don't.. Do i believe the government controls bitcoin, yes i do i believe its just possibly yet another system of control that they may be happy keeping limits on so that it doesn't ever really work as what people believe it will. It's certainly not designed in any capacity to work in that sense. if it were it would behave more like a currency than a asset. Assets are games for people who want to control systems and manipulate them.

Currencies are useful economic prosperity systems for everyone. A currency has no more use or value at $1 than $1 million. it is the manipulators who need it to be scarce and rare so you never know the true value of a thing so they can further manipulate price. Humans are so completely dumb and stupid. We all need a much better education than we have we just winging it and its not working for us.

So that's more than likely the situation with btc. Of course to many still its questionable if this version of btc is even the actual same version that satoshi envisioned and it may be that none in existence right now are. We don't really know that and again if bitcoin was meant to be amendable i mean i don't know many creators of anythign that ever sought out for it to be unable to improve or that it never needs to because then what is the goal of bitcoin? So this is in perfect line with a government controlled system meant to not truly be successful because they want the dollar to stay in power its no benefit to the govt to diminish their power systems against false ideas of freedom they never were really interested in anyway. it is complete baloney.

Now as far as your inflation argument you keep making. I think around here that argument proves incredibly stupid. Inflation creates the same problem it creates for miners. If i'm a miner and i'm oversupplied with coins. the coins have no value to me other than to sell them on the open market. A small pool of people in a system have no use of extra coins without any growth.

it only would encourage selling. Now some systems believe its the opposite like doge coin maybe projects like hex the idea is people like having more coins in their possession. One big argument against gold was that due to its scarcity its just not enough to go around so its a bad prosperity model. Same thing like what bitcoin has become. The deflation isn't the problem though. THe growth is the problem and the fact that bitcoin is utterly useless is the problem. Thats the real issue. Gold was useless simply because it's rare .. its too hard to move logistically its just bad for prosperity its like a credit card. A credit card created more economic prosperity but in the beginning when only the rich had them the people out of the credit card market prospered less not more.

So in hard tangible assets this is a clear logistical issue and scarcity issue. You actually just run out of the gold. In a digital virtual system with like 8 decimals places bitcoin it really doesn't matter the supply because its easy to move bitcoin across broders if it weren't for greedy miners on btc and ethereum it could pretty much be done free. it can't be done this way because vc's and capitalist and greedy people wanna keep making alot of money. They don't want lower fees people are ridiculously silly.

So you just got this speculative system with like 99.9% of crypto projects because there is no focus on use case. The truth of that matter is if cryptocurrency went away today most of the world would still live and get on and just like now there would be very little change because they dont benefit from the cryptocurrencies now. Only about 1% benefit from the cryptocurrencies. 87% of bitcoin is owned by 1%. So thats even worse than any fiat currency economic we have now lol.

Now in your inflation model it would be this idea of now everyone has a billion coins. it doesn't matter you know why? Those billion coins everybody has is still worthless. it is still useless because you whales have a trillion coins. Nothign has chagned its dumb and stupid. Atleast in bitcoin if you have alot of bitcoin you jsut have alot of bitcoin.. Now i don't like bitcoin either i think they all dumb in my view the future would have to be a model like i created bitcoin myk and thats not biased thats just common sense and if people don't understand that just wait i promise you in teh future you will.

So that doesn't mean anything inflationary models. Inflationary models only work when you have network and brand effect which none have. I don't think even bitcoin has it to be honest with you. I don't consider 100 million users and i doubt its even that as anything but still a high risk speculative asset class. That's it i consider there could be some future in blockchain tech that has a significant use to human beings which hasn't happened yet. The only one i see that's really so important i couldn't see us living without. Is decentralized ai.. China by 2025 will probably be master of data and super ai. So you don't want that centralized that makes logical sense. do all these pyramid ponzi schemes make sense. Absolutely not they dumb

I would say next some system that's going to take care of workers who are displaced by ai systems that just keep getting better than humans in every way and maybe its not 10 years from now or even 50 years but we all still smart enough to know that ai and robotics will replace humans at some point and unless you thinking everyone can get smarter and get jobs doing ai stuff and repairing ai's which probably makes no sense as ai's will probably repair their ownselves.. then we wasting time focusing on other stuff thats trivial.. However with human beings we've all learned by now humans have to make mistakes and they will. They have to lose everything to get it and they have to destroy themselves to learn but thats what may need to be.

@mykos: Well i absolutely | Ecency
