Hey diabolika, i understand how you feel. The thing is at the end of the day we all want to be valued. I can prove it to you. Think about how often you see writers and poets and artist providing free content on large social media sites not being paid for it but they do it anyway. They get appreciated by their fan base and community and friends and family.
Unfortunately that's hard to duplicate on a system like hive that has lured most of us in by the marketing gimmick of you get paid to post. It's nothing wrong with people earning for their creative work but you have to understand these type projects have mostly been successful and bringing out the most ugliest parts of what and who we are to this degree.
Thats why you never see this issue on big social networks and they ask the question why people won't come here or why as soon as they come they go away. That is the reason why. You see they think it's about money but its about so much more than that. There are several currencies at play. It's not just about monetary currency. There is also social currencies that can gtive you as much value and appreciation as in some cases money can.
I would encourage all of you to look into the project we designed btcmyk which uses a combination of algos and manual voting and there is always such value giving to the users.
I know at first many will ignore us because they will first go well i want to earn money and thats most important to me. However look at the data has that approach really helped hive? Hive stays around the 300 coin ranking area. If the idea of paying people to blog and that being their only concern and passive income. If that really truly worked then hive would be so much more than a low ranked coin. which it is and it gets worse everyday. They try to say it doesn't but the data is there. When i first came to these type systems i brought my 2 friends with me.
One of the was a good friend of mines who liked art and liked to doll herself up. They criticized her so much she was gone in the first week. My buddy didn't like the atmosphere of what this place created because money and showing money on blogs has a strange formula for confusing people with true value from in some cases whales who have influence over the network simply voicing their single opinions.
Our project has thought about all the issues that go along with this. I encourage people to come to our system and first focus on being valued as human beings. I wouldn't worry much about systems like this going into the future although they have shown us some possibilities of what can happen if we make certain changes they haven't made.
I wouldn't worry too much about them because if they don't understand the psychology of people and how it fits into markets. They won't be able to survive in the future we going into. I would advise we all be mindful of these things and i wish you a good day.
