Okay i think i found what the issue may have been. When you create an account we review it in pending. We don't require any personal information or real names or your main email address. That is only to identify a unique account and reset your passwords.

We don't use your information or sell it. So you can use fake account names however if you put your first name and last name as the same name. We think that's a bot. So we delete those accounts. So you always wanna make sure when you setup an account and select your user id. where it ask for first and last name. Always make sure those don't match so we don't think you're a bot.

If the system continues to give you a problem simply let us know we can make you an account and you can log in and change your password if the system rejects you.
