Our discord room is only for new members. Everyone is instructed to use bitcoinmyk.com technical support group for any problems.

Your coins are still on the blockchain. You should be able to still move them to our wallet to transfer them out. We may or may not relist on steem engine.

Their removal of the bitcoin myk listing has absolutely nothing to do with us. There issue was with a third party hosting site called tinychat. we have no control over third party upload servers we don't control their software or site.

A few recommendations i'd have is you can move your btcmyk tokens on steem engine to our wallet and we'll give you credit for the coins on hive engine. Or we may perhaps list back on steem engine as another version of btcmyk. however this is not our problem this is the issue of steem engine and the tinychat photo upload service to which we have no control over. so i'd recommend you ask them to return your coins. We're not going to do anything about this issue until late september or early october. Exchanges are third party we don't control their software. so i would ask them to move your coins for you if you don't know how until we can address any technical issues with people holding their coins on steem engine. that's why we created offline wallets on bitcoin cash so your coins could be protected. if you need to reach us do it on bitcoinmyk.com. We don't take technical issues on third party sites.
