Sometimes the mind does what it wants to do, maybe you need to poop.

My Dad used to have a saying but I can not remember it all. It went something like which body part was king, the mouth said it was him because without him you would starve, the eyes said they see the food, the hands feed you, and the brain said it is king because it tells you what to do and holds all your thoughts, then the butthole speaks up and said it was king of the body because if it did not work, nothing else would work and you will be miserable. I wish I could remember how he said it but it was something along those lines.
