I care deeply about my plants, and it is hard not take care of them. I understand what you and the doctor are saying, and I know I overdo things. The one good thing is winter will not last that much longer for us, and I will not be moving them from place to place. I think most of the damaged ones that are in the ground will come back, they will just be smaller, but in time, they will grow back.

I am guessing I would find bone broth at a health food store? I was taking magnesium, I still have some, so I will start taking it again. Thank you for your concern and the tips on what to take.
