Thank you for the information but it is not vertigo or anything like that, I wish it was and really appreciate you looking this up and sending it to me. If I get my head in a certain position, like sitting and looking down at my phone, looking up or down to the right will give me a weird numbing feeling on the left side of my face then it travels down my left arm and to my legs. I know I am going to fall but can not stop it. Once I am on the floor I jerk like I am having a seizure. I have never had it happen from looking down to the left.

One time I thought I was safe because I was sitting on the toilet trying to get a new roll of TP started and I got that feeling but thought I would not fall because I was sitting, I fell between the toilet and the tub and got a blister on my upper arm the size of a baseball from what I guess was jerking and rubbing against the tub. I don't know how long I was there, I must have blacked out. Since then I move my head when I first feel it coming on and have not fallen since I started doing this.

When this started I went to the Dr, several Doctors, and LOTS of tests, they do not know what is going on, and since I learned that I can control the falling, I quit going to them. They did say that I have a clogged artery but all they can do for it is put me on meds, so now I am on blood thinner and cholesterol meds, it is an artery that they don't put a stint in.
