Power up day has been a thing on Hive for a while, a lot of community members decide to power up some Hive tokens on the 1st of each month in order to lock away some Hive and show their support to the overall Hive Ecosystem.

I have participated in a couple of HPUD, it is a great way to reflect on your Hive goals. See how you've been progressing, set some hive goals for your future, and share them with the community to keep you accountable.

Now it's time to start a new trend in the Leofinance community. Leo Power up day is gaining a lot of steam, community members loved the idea and jumped on board.

10% Power up

I've been accumulating some Leo Power over the last few months, but my posting habits aren't the best so I've missed out on a lot of Leo. Since I don't want to make a fool of myself I decided to buy some Leo from HE to be able to power up at least 100 LEO, which is equivalent to a 10% increase in my Leo Power.

Objectives for July's LPUD

100 Leo Power is a ridiculously low amount to power up but I have a plan. For the next 6 months, I will try to power up AT LEAST 10% of my current Leo power every LPUD. Hopefully, I can back on track with my posting habits and earn enough LEO so that I don't have to buy from the market.

The crypto winter is back in full swing and now it's the best time to get to work and earn as much crypto as possible. Instead of crying about the current market conditions, I'm going to take advantage of it. Mostly to remain sane during these times, as working prevents me from overthinking and doing irrational financial decisions. Hive and Leo and Splinterlands will become my main focus for the future, I've chased too many projects at once during the bull market but now it is time to go all-in on the good ones that will make it past the crypto winter.
