Esta semana el desafio de batalla viene con una carta que es de las mejores de la edicion a mi parecer, funciona para todo y ademas tiene buen daño y yo la utilizo siempre que la tengo disponible, a pesar de que el splinter Agua no es el que mejor se me da. El dia de hoy voy a hablarles sobre River Nymph.
This week's battle challenge comes with a great card that is one of the best in the edition in my opinion, it works for everything and also has good damage and I use it whenever I have it available on battles, even though splinter water is not the one I'm best at. Today I am going to talk about River Nymph.
River Nymph es una carta rara de la edicion Chaos Legion de Splinterlands, que pertenece al splinter Agua. Cuesta 4 puntos de mana y es una carta de ataque magico cuyo funcionamiento esta centrado en ser un apoyo al equipo. Aunque claro, tambien tiene daño soporte.
En batallas con veneno es perfecta porque elimina ese estado, ademas Amplify y Swiftness funcionan para ayudar al tanque y a todo el equipo respectivamente, asi que creo que la mejor posicion para esta carta es la penultima y si el tanque tiene habilidades de reflejo de daño, mejor aun.
Su precio actual de mercado es el siguiente:
BCX Regular: 0.11$
BCX Dorado: 1.98$
Eso significa que llevar esta carta al nivel maximo en su forma regular te costará aproximadamente 13$ y en su version dorada, unos 44$. Creo que es un momento perfecto para maxear su version dorada, porque cuando esta edicion no este disponible esta carta se va a revalorizar muchisimo.
River Nymph is a rare card from the Chaos Legion edition of Splinterlands, which belongs to the Water splinter of the game. It costs a four mana points and is a magic attack type card whose function is focused on being a support to the team. Of course, it also has support damage.
In battles with Noxius Fumes ruleset this is a is perfect because it eliminates that state from your tank, also Amplify and Swiftness work to help the tank and the whole team respectively, so I think the best position for this card is the penultimate and if the tank has abilities to reflect damage, even better.
Its current market price is as follows:
BCX Regular: 0.11$.
BCX Gold foil: 1.98$.
That means that taking this card at the highest possible level, which is eight in its regular version will cost you about $13 (115 BCX) and in its gold foil version, about $44 (22 BCX). I think it's a perfect time to max its gold version, because when this edition is not available this card will be revalued a lot.
Mi tanque principal fue Hardy Stonefish, que tiene buena armadura y muy buen daño para estos niveles de mana.
Albatross es excelente para otorgar curacion, mi oponente me sorprendio utilizando magia y eso me dejo en una posicion desfavorable con esta carta.
De haber anticipado la magia, pude haber usado a Chaos Agent en segundo lugar que con Phase + Dodge mas la velocidad aumentada de Kelya seguro hubiese esquivado muchos ataques.
River Nymph como el daño/soporte principal del equipo.
Ice Pixie es el acompañante de River Nymph en la tarea de causar daño.
Torrent Fiend como una carnada por si mi oponente aparecia con cartas que tuvieran Sneak o Opportunity.
My main tank was Hardy Stonefish, which has good armor and very good damage for these mana levels.
Albatross is excellent for healing, my opponent surprised me by using magic and that left me in an unfavorable position with this card here.
If I had anticipated the magic attack of my enemy, I could have used Chaos Agent in second place that with Phase + Dodge plus Kelya's increased speed would have dodged many attacks.

Mi Albatross fue el primero en morir, era algo que esperaba apenas vi la alineación enemiga, pero tambien su Chaos Agent cayó, lo que le dio pase libre a mis cartas para empezar a acabar con el verdadero peligro enemigo, empezando por Queen Mycelia.
Añadir una carta con Triage no es de mucha ayuda para el aqui porque todas son cartas muy debiles que normalmente caen en una sola ronda si recibe todos los ataques.
My Albatross was the first card to die on this battle, that was something I expected as soon as I saw the enemy lineup, but also his Chaos Agent fell, which gave my cards a free pass to start taking out the real enemy danger, starting with Queen Mycelia.
Adding a card with Triage ability isn't much help for him here because they are all very weak cards that usually fall in a single round if he gets all the attacks.
Al quedar mi Chaos Agent como tanque mi River Nymph estaba amenazada, pero al caer su tanque se le abrio el camino a mi equipo para que tuvieran ataque directo hacia el Spirit Hoarder, que es una carta que tiene muy poca vida. Ademas la combinacion de habilidades mas la velocidad de mi Chaos Agent en contra de la nula velocidad de Mycelia le hicieron fallar su ataque, lo que me dio toda la ventaja a mi.
When my Chaos Agent was left as a tank on the battle, my River Nymph was threatened, but when her tank fell, it opened the way for my team to have a direct attack on the Spirit Hoarder, which is a card that has very little life. Also the combination of skills plus the speed of my Chaos Agent against the null speed of Mycelia made him miss his attack, which gave me all the advantage to me.
River Nymph y Ice Pixie enviaron al Spirit Hoarder al lado no útil de la batalla y Mycelia volvió a fallar su ataque, dejándome la victoria servida.
Algo que vale la pena mencionar es que la victoria se me hace tan facil por el bajo nivel de mi oponente, me sorprende un poco encontrarme jugadores con invocadores de nivel 2 jugando en rango Oro.
River Nymph and Ice Pixie sent the Spirit Hoarder to the unhelpful side of the battle and Mycelia again missed her attack, leaving me the victory served.
Something worth mentioning in this post is that the victory is made so easy for me because of the low level of my opponent, I'm a little surprised to find players with level 2 summoners playing at Gold rank.
Entender los puntos debiles donde le puedes sacar ventaja a tu enemigo es primordial para convertirte en un buen jugador ¡enfocate en mejorar eso y veras como tu winrate aumentará muchisimo!
