When you see people talk about change, most often they think only about what they'll do to make people see them that way.
Many never stop to think about what type of person they have to become to be able to perform and perfect such an action or activity.
For example, reading and writing are two intertwined activities, and anyone who wants to write clearly has to read well and vice versa.
If anyone desires to become a writer, he or she has to have in mind that he also needs to become a reader and what readers do, well, they read. And writers write. However, that doesn't make everyone who writes a writer or all those who read a reader.
This is why we only owe it to ourselves and not others to be intentional about what it is we are doing. Because if we are not, we won't have enough passion to follow through every day.
All writers write
Everyday
However, just because you start today and are still in the process of finding your voice doesn't mean you've become a writer, but then, it's a plan to become one if we only stick with it long enough and keep improving.
It's all about improving
And every so often it's about learning from your experience or others
Waking up to write about tech, finance, and life is laborious, especially if it's something that has happened to you in real life. That means you'll be attached emotionally to things you write as they affect you personally.
My nudge towards crypto happened due to being scammed by one of the longest-standing banks in my neighborhood. Ever since then, I've been resentful of the banking system because I believe that it only exists for one reason, which is to protect my assets. Which they failed to do and since then, I don't trust banks, and it's mostly why I do like to hit hard on why banks are thieves here to loot all, to save a few.
Talking about these things is sometimes refreshing, and it somehow feels like I'm getting to enjoy writing, and maybe I might be well on my way to becoming a writer. However, I know deep down that I'm nowhere near to becoming one. It's not yet enjoyable for me, as it is for most writers.
Nevertheless, if I keep at it and start to enjoy the process more, I might become one. To me, becoming something and doing something are two different things and there are two different people involved.
For instance, writers enjoy writing and therefore like to write. To them, it's never work, or a job. There's fun, and also there are sometimes - the not-so-fun moments. But most times it's always fun, and this is what differentiates becoming something from just doing it for either praise or approval from someone else.
