My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2020
今天周三白班会把各楼层中转站整体卫生作为重点处理，从货架顶部到地面所有工具物品进行清洗归位使环境保持清洁整齐；3楼是孙豪兄弟处理的完毕后通知我进行检查，，进入中转站感觉就像到了“新华书店”整体卫生摆台井然有序，同时还主动把三楼房间里所有不锈钢卫生进行了处理，在没有安排的情况家自动自发工作，像这样的员工是值得开会表扬奖励值得大家学习。Z

今天维尚店“正能量”小组第三次会议，在店里开展，大家各自分享了自己的一篇文章，完毕后一起分享了很多围绕自己题目有召开一些分享，伟哥也给大家科普了一道东北特色菜“杀猪菜”，从材料的准备，各色配菜等等听起来很有感觉，而且影哥还自己尝试着做过，虽然步骤让我听起来比较多，但是美味佳肴都是经过多种步骤，才显得格外出色！我也是喜欢研究一些菜谱，所以听的比较认真，而且也打算做一顿让家人尝尝东北特色！C

今天店里一位阳光帅气的兄弟过生日，晚上准备和朋友们一起到店里庆祝，提前沟通后并按公司规定上了单招物品，说到这一点公司一直以来都是这样很人性化，公司不图挣员工的钱又考虑员工的感受。当这位兄弟到房间后，我们的“庆生队”到房间给他进行庆祝在生日歌曲的伴奏下我们共同见证了切蛋糕许愿仪式！公司重视兄弟姐妹们并一同见证美好欢乐时光，我相信这样的“团队”一定会越来越好，越来越强大，彼此之间更加紧密团结！e

这两天利用班前会时间超哥组织大家“集体练歌”而且选择的歌曲是最近抖音里一直排第一的歌曲“沙漠骆驼”，刚开始大家都比较生疏，只有极个别家人会跟着唱两句，后来专门给大家发歌词开始学着唱，在学习的时候可以看的出各位都很投入，应为流行和歌词也很有意思，从刚开始的“陌生”到如今的“熟练”经过一遍又一遍，现在已经是“开怀大唱”歌声也不逊色，像这样的歌曲作为年轻的我们以后还会继续，这也证明我们还年轻！i

今天开周例会的时候，伟哥说到：“咱们店技术调音这块，可以打算安排外调学习培训，把调音技术扎扎实实的掌握！”而且还让影哥和我下去沟通商量，听完我顿时很高兴，对我们技术力量又能“增砖添瓦”，“锦上添花”！而且伟哥每月还会参加“早检”工作，亲自测试，可以看出他对6年店，音响设备的关注与重视！想到这我们技术部一定要努力工作，学习，摸索研究，不能辜负大哥们的“心”！M
