I found a note about copyright.

I think HIVE blog is a non-commercial platform.(If it is, I can even post a PDF, although I didn’t. I just posted the DOI number in the reference for readers to check)

And there is no full text uploaded here.
Is this news?
Maybe just my own feelings after reading.
