Exactly at 17:45 was a busy hour because many employees or the people of the city have returned back to work after the public holidays ,some individuals are coming home from work whil some are are just traveling with family back to their different villages and that caused gridlock..
so earlier there was a traffic jam at one of the intersections due to the large number of motorbikes and cars passing by. and for friends wherein everything in order to avoid traffic-prone places so as not to get stuck..
