Please don't forget that Hive is international - if you talk about your experiences and situation it's easier if the reader know where you're from. I had to think what you mean with the "12 years", whether it meant the reign of a specific government or something else.

And yes, there is a personal side of health. And you "catch something" easier if you're emotional situation is bad. But especially with bacteria and virusses, simple biology/chemistry is a big part of it. If an infection started, it's there and we have to deal with it.
