Greetings, this is @parauri speaking. On this occasion I am writing to all the friends of Mundo Autismo to account to Hive, explaining the whole process of exchange made from the wallet of @mundo.autismo to cover the expenses of the 1st Blue Party in Maracay, event that took place last Sunday, May 7th in Venezuela. Likewise, as is our custom, we will present the items purchased and also the respective invoices for each purchase.

I am sorry for the delay for this report, as there was negligence on my personal part and not on the part of the members of the blue team. My delay was made more extensive when I lost the supports of the purchases that were sent to me from the city of Maracay, Venezuela. So, with the ones I could recover I will present this report because it is very important to account to Hive for all our resources since from the beginning we have presented ourselves in this Blockchain as a non-profit project that will do social actions in favor of autism in Venezuela according to the income we generate in our wallet.

Before we continue, we want to express our happiness and gratitude to HIVE because the Project Autism: "An Exceptional World" has presence in this platform through the creation of its user @mundo.autismo. HIVE represents an opportunity for growth and expansion of our work, which is subject to the revenues obtained through the publications from the @mundo.autismo blog. Perhaps it seems little, however everything is important and invaluable when it is well invested in function of others with greater needs, who receive a small gift but with great gratitude.

We rendered accounts to HIVE

Changes from HBD to HIVE

Here are the steps for the HBD changes that were made on May 05, this year 2023, to obtain the 49 HIVE withdrawn for purchase:.

1.- Logged into Hive Hub DEV to make the immediate change from HBD to HIVE. 20 HBD were exchanged and the result was 49,346 HIVE.

Detail of this transaction is shown in the image.

2.- Of those 49,346 HIVE, 49 were sent to the Binance account of @deepcrypto8 with memo 101026236, belonging to Gary Samuel Bilbao (user @garybilbao and @gsbilbao ).

3.- As we said, it was 49 HIVE. That was what was changed to USDT. The rate at the time of the exchange, it was 0.4022 USDT/HIVE.

In total, 49 HIVE yielded 19.70 USDT.

4.- For a small discounted fee it reached 19.69 USDT and was subsequently exchanged into bolivars through Binance's P2P service.

5.- Below is the Receipt of the sale of the 19.69 USDT for bolivars.

The total amount was: 501,209 Bs.

6.- The total amount 501.20 Bs. was sent to the Bank Account Banesco - Savings 0134 0880 7888 0200 5793 of Gary Bilbao Aranguren 16405441, (@garybilbao / @gsbilbao) great collaborator of Mundo Autismo who would then make the transfers to the members of the blue team in Maracay, to pay for purchases and other services around the event.

NOTE: Autismo: "Un Mundo Excepcional" does not have a bank account.

The following are the transfers

Under the concept of Compras Fiesta Azul Maracay transfers were made with Mobile Payment service to @nanyuris for 250.00 Bs. and to @stefy.music for 100.00 Bs.
Under the concept of Transporte Fiesta Azul Maracay, transfers were made to @desireeart for 30.00 Bs. and @marysenpai for 90.00 Bs. for their public transportation ticket expenses.

Below are the purchases:

NOTE: All purchases are invoiced in the name of APA Producciones C.A, property of @parauri, to give more confidence because we have legal personality.

For the development of the didactic activities with the children, @nanyuris, administrator of the @womentribe Community and Columnist of Mundo Autismo, together with her husband, Mr. Jesús Carrillo who had an outstanding participation in the organization and development of the event, made the purchases of several school supplies that included: 12 sheets of letter size foami in assorted colors, 1 ream of 60 white letter size sheets, 6 small pots of white school type glue, 3 sheets of crepe paper (yellow, blue and red), 4 boxes of wax crayons, 1 black permanent marker, 1 plastic packing tape, 1 roll of blue colored yarn and 1 roll of absorbent paper.

Investment: 303.20 Bs..
Nanyuris had received 250,00 Bs.
The rest was kindly covered by her.

Nanyuris was in charge of the planning and development of the various activities with the children at the event. She at home with the support of her family, husband and children, prepared all the material.

Card design and printing:

Design of the carnets by @parauri.

9 cards were printed and used by the representatives of Mundo Autismo at the event in Maracay. The printing with lamination was in charge of @stefy.music, founder of the Hive Arte Community (@hive-134572), together with @daniel2001, founder of the @music1sound Community and both moderator members of the Mundo Autismo Community.

Investment: 148,00 Bs..
Stefy had received 100,00 Bs
The difference was covered by @stefy.music and @parauri.

Snacks:

The snack was designed according to the special diet of people with autism. It was simple, palatable and was in charge of Mrs. Aura Aranguren, who at no cost, prepared popcorn and natural fruit ice cream. The ingredients were purchased by @garybilbao (@gsbilbao) founder of the @elcomentador project and moderator of the Mundo Autismo Community: 1 kilo of papaya, 1 kilo of parchitas, 1/2 kilo of babanas, 1 kilo of popcorn corn and 1 package of 1/4 kilo plastic bags.

Investment: 93 Bs..
Mundo Autismo had 31,20 Bs.
Gary was in charge of completing the cost.

COST CONCLUSION:

Total investment: 664.20 BS.
Amount available: 501,20 Bs.

The members of the organizing blue team covered 163,00 Bs to cover the total investment.

Donated materials and services

The blue party also counted with valuable offers from hivers from the state of Aragua who kindly and on their own initiative decided to give their grain of sand for the blue children in Maracay. All at no cost and these contributions were perfect to complement the planned activities and make the children with autism happy. Thus, we received a banner donated by @art.kevin, blue balloons and a decorated picture frame by @nanyuris on behalf of @womentribe, face painting service by @keilis, musical presentation on recorder by @stefy.music and @daniel2001 on behalf of @music1sound.
