Today I bring you the unlocking of a Google Account because the client performed a hard reset on the device after forgetting the password.
Nowadays, it is very common for people to do this work themselves. With the evolution of the internet, many people watching video tutorials can solve certain problems on their own. Performing a hard reset on a phone to remove the password is not overly complicated; on most models, it is enough to turn off the mobile phone, press the power button together with the volume up button. This brings up the Recovery menu with various options where you can format the phone using the option that says Wipe Data Reset, thereby removing any screen lock or correcting a software glitch.
However, upon doing this, the phone enters a lock we previously explained called FRP, an Android system protection that then asks you to enter the associated password or Google account. With the phone number used to create the account, it can sometimes be recovered, but it is tedious, so people turn to a technician to solve this problem. When it is locked, a closed padlock appears in the upper-left corner; additionally, when you reach the Wi-Fi connection screen, it does not allow you to continue without an internet connection, and once you connect to a Wi-Fi network, it then requests the Google account.
Each model specifically has its own way of being unlocked; even the same model with a different operating system version changes. There are manual methods, sometimes tedious, and methods via PC using equipment or paid licenses.
Today I bring you the case of a Tecno Spark with this lock.
UNLOCKING
1- Since every phone has its own method, first we are going to identify what model it is. We know it is a Tecno, but we need to identify the exact model. Since it lacks the label on the back cover, does not have it printed, and IMEI information does not appear in the SIM tray, we resort to the option of entering the Recovery menu. By entering that menu in the way we explained earlier, we see the model, which can be seen in the image. It is a Tecno Spark KG5J. Now, with that model, we proceed.
2- For this type of model, there are several tools that can unlock the Google account: TSM Tool, Octoplus FRP, UnlockTool. In this case, we are going to use UnlockTool, as we already have several years of experience working with it.
3- So first we open it and go to the TECNO tab, select it, and a menu with a list of various models and options opens on the left side of the software. We will select the first option; we will work in preloader mode with all the processor variants that option includes.
4- Now we go to the right side and activate the Preloader Auth option and select the Tecno V4 variant. With this variant, the software will guarantee the unlocking of the device even with the most recent software version. There are also V1, V2, and V3 for older software versions, and since we do not actually know which software variant this mobile has, we select the most current one.
5- The moment has arrived. Now we click on the option that says [PRELOADER] Erase FRP, take our turned-off phone, press both volume buttons, and connect the cable to the USB port. If everything is fine, the phone unlocks in just a few seconds. In our case, it took barely 12 seconds. Once the process is finished, the phone turns on automatically. As expected, the home screen no longer has the small closed padlock at the top.
6- Now we configure it by clicking next until we reach the Wi-Fi connection screen. As we notice, it now gives us the option to continue without a connection, which clearly indicates that the account blocking our mobile has already been bypassed. We finish configuring and that is it.
So far, this unlocking process; not everything always goes this fast. Sometimes the phone has a flaw in the data part of the charging port and it has to be replaced, or the drivers need to be reinstalled on the PC.

Hoy les traigo el desbloqueo de una Cuenta de Google por el cliente haberle hecho un hard reset al equipo porque olvidó la contraseña.
Hoy en día, es muy común que las propias personas ya hagan este trabajo, con la evolución del Internet muchas personas mirando vídeos tutoriales pueden resolver ellos mismos hasta determinados problemas. Hacerle un hard reset a un teléfono para eliminar la contraseña no es algo complicado, en la mayoría de los modelos, basta con apagar el móvil, apretar la tecla de encendido junto a la de volumen arriba, así te sale el menú del Recovery con varias opciones donde se puede formatear el teléfono en la opción que dice Wipe Data Reset y así eliminar cualquier bloqueo de pantalla o corregir alguna falla del software.
Sin embargo, al hacer esto, el teléfono entra en un bloqueo que ya explicamos denominado FRP, una protección del sistema Android que te pide entonces que pongas la contraseña o la cuenta de Google asociada. Con el número de teléfono con el que se hizo la cuenta, puede recuperarse en ocasiones, pero es tedioso, así que las personas acuden a un técnico para resolver este problema.
Cuando se bloquea, en la esquina superior izquierda, aparece un candado cerrado, además cuando llegas a la pantalla de conexión a WiFi, no te permite continuar sino es con conexión a Internet, y cuando te conectas a una red WiFi, entonces es que te solicita la cuenta Google.
Cada modelo, tiene específicamente su forma de desbloquearlo, incluso un mismo modelo con diferente versión del sistema operativo cambia. Existen métodos manuales, a veces tediosos, y métodos mediante PC con equipos o licencias de pago.
Hoy les traigo el caso de un Tecno Spark con este bloqueo.
DESBLOQUEO
1- Como para cada teléfono existe su método. Primero vamos a identificar qué modelo es. Sabemos que es un Tecno, pero hay que identificar el modelo exacto. Como no tiene la etiqueta en la parte trasera de la tapa, ni la tiene impresa, ni aparece información del IMEI en la bandeja porta SIM, recurrimos a la opción de entrar al menú del Recovery. Al entrar a ese menú de la forma que explicamos anteriormente, vemos el modelo, en la imagen se aprecia. Es un Tecno Spark KG5J. Ahora ya con ese modelo procedemos.
2- Para este tipo de modelo hay varias herramientas que pueden desbloquear la cuenta de Google: TSM Tool, Octoplus FRP, UnlockTool. Vamos en este caso a utilizar la UnlockTool, ya tenemos experiencia de varios años trabajando con ella.
3- Así que primero la abrimos y vamos a la pestaña de TECNO, la seleccionamos y nos abre en la parte izquierda del software un menú con una lista con varios modelos y opciones. Seleccionaremos la primera opción, trabajaremos en modo preloader con todas las variantes de procesador que trae esa opción.
4- Vamos ahora a la parte derecha y activamos la opción Preloader Auth y seleccionamos la variante Tecno V4. Con esta variante, el software garantizará desbloquear el dispositivo aún con la más reciente versión del software. Existe además V1, V2 y V3, para versiones de software más antiguas y como en sí no sabemos cuál es la variante del software de este móvil, seleccionamos la más actual.
5- Llegó el momento, ahora damos clic en la opción que dice [PRELOADER] Erase FRP, cogemos nuestro teléfono apagado, apretamos los dos botones de volúmenes y conectamos el cable al puerto USB. Si todo está bien, en apenas unos segundos se desbloquea el teléfono. En nuestro caso, duró apenas 12 segundos. Una vez terminado el proceso, el teléfono se enciende automáticamente. Como es de esperar, ya en la pantalla de inicio no tiene el pequeño candado cerrado en la parte superior.
6- Ahora configuramos dando siguiente hasta llegar a la pantalla de conexión a WiFi. Como nos percatamos, ya nos da la opción de continuar sin conexión, lo que nos indica claramente que ya se hizo bypass a la cuenta que bloqueaba nuestro móvil. Terminamos de configurar y listo.
Hasta aquí este proceso de desbloqueo, no siempre todo sale tan rápido, a veces el teléfono tiene algún fallo en la parte de los datos del puerto de carga y toca cambiárselo, o reinstalar los drivers en la PC.
