DISPLAY REPLACEMENT
1- First, we are going to disassemble the device. For this model, we first have to remove the back cover, with the help of the heating station, set to 300 degrees. We apply heat to the edges of the cover without keeping it fixed for about 30 seconds, in order to loosen the adhesive. We insert a small X-ray film sheet through one corner and then gradually remove the cover until it is completely detached. After this, we unscrew and remove the small housing that covers the frame.
2- The device is now open, but there is one detail here. When we are going to replace a display without a frame, we remove the flex cables and remove the screen, and then install the new one. But in our case, the new replacement comes with a frame. Technicians generally prefer replacing the display with the complete frame, so we avoid the gluing step and therefore the risk of something happening, such as the device acquiring static electricity and then causing the screen to fail. So, in this case, what we will do is: remove the board, remove the sub-board, remove the battery, and remove the earpiece and other peripherals attached to the frame of the broken screen.
3- Once everything has been removed from the screen with the broken frame, all that remains is to install them in the new frame with the screen: the board, sub-board, battery, and other removed components. We perform the power-on test, and since everything is working correctly, we completely close the device, screw it together, and glue the back cover with our special T-7000 adhesive.
Everything is now ready to be delivered to the customer. This process of replacing a display with a frame is much faster and safer than when the display comes without a frame. It should be noted that the screen installed is an Incell brand screen; it is not of as high a quality as the original ones. The customer is always informed of this, including the fact that the image quality is inferior. In addition, it does not have the in-display fingerprint option like the original.
The factory display is Super AMOLED, which is much more expensive. In this case, the customer chose the cheaper option because the budget was not enough and they needed the phone quickly.

3- Retirado todo de la pantalla con marco rota, solo nos queda montar la nueva pantalla, las board, subboard, batería y demás componentes retirados, hacemos la prueba de encendido, como todo está correcto, cerramos completamente, atornillamos y pegamos la tapa trasera con nuestro pegamento especial T-7000.
Ya todo está listo para entregar al cliente. Este proceso de cambio de pantalla con display con marco es mucho más rápido y seguro que cuando el display está sin marco. Resaltar que la pantalla colocada es de marca Incell, no es de una elevada calidad como las que traen originalmente. Siempre se les especifica al cliente, incluso la calidad con que se ve es inferior. Además, que no trae la opción de huella en pantalla como el original.
El display de fábrica es Súper AMOLED, muchísimo más caro. En este caso, el cliente eligió la opción más barata, pues no le alcanzó el presupuesto y necesitaba rápido el móvil.
