Today we bring you a new password and Google Account unlock. In this case, a Samsung device, a challenge, since we had never unlocked a phone with an Exynos processor before. The customer forgot her password, and we will have to solve the problem for her.

Speaking about Google Account unlocks on Samsung devices, a number of these devices come with an Exynos processor, which is the chip manufactured by Samsung itself for its devices, and only a select number of its phones have them, unlike Mediatek, Qualcomm, and SPD processors, which are independent companies from phone manufacturers and market their products to them.

Until very recently, around a year ago, FRP locks on Samsung devices could only be removed through a technique called ISP, which requires expensive equipment, as well as completely disassembling the device with a 5-wire connection. The other option was through Chimera via the USB port, which was also quite expensive, considering that the licenses ranged between 98 and 180 dollars. For a technician in my country, it is really, really expensive; only a small group had the possibility of having it.

Then we added other software, these solutions, such as Z3X, Sigma, Octoplus, but they were still somewhat expensive. Only a large flow of these jobs justifies such a large investment.

Fortunately, about 4 or 5 months ago, a new method for unlocking these phones with an account came to light, and the tools that are more accessible according to their costs have gradually been implementing it. Today we will see a case, the first one in our workshop.

UNLOCKING

1- Since the phone has a password, the first thing we will do is remove it. We warn the customer that all the information stored in the device's internal memory will be erased. So now we will turn off the device and enter the recovery menu. These devices do not normally turn off from the password screen. To do so, you must first enter it. So, for this, we will have to perform an operation with some skill. We will press the volume down button plus the power button to force the shutdown. When it turns off, we will quickly connect the USB cable to the PC and release the volume down button and quickly press volume up. This will then show us the recovery menu.

2- Once in this menu, we will see the exact model of the phone. In this case, it is an A145M, as well as the software version and the binary, which is 4. This is the fifth parameter when counting from right to left. It gives us the security date that the device has. The larger it is, the more up-to-date the software is and the more complex the unlocking process is. Now, in that menu, we will go where it says Wipe Data/factory reset and press the power button to select it. This will format our device and, with it, erase the password and all the content in the internal memory. We only have to wait for the device to turn on.

3- Once the device is turned on, when trying to proceed, we realize that it is locked with a Google Account, so we will have to perform a second unlock. 90% of the phones on which we perform a hard reset then require a Google Account bypass due to FRP lock. Obviously, this lock on a phone is activated when it has a password and Google Account, and approximately 90% and more have these two things.

To remove the account from our device, we will see which processor it has. With the A145M model, we find that it has an Exynos 850 processor. We could not unlock these phones for the reasons we explained at the beginning, but now we will try our UnlockTool, which added them to its solutions a few months ago.

We will rent the tool at a cost of 0.99 USDT. We open it and go directly to the Samsung tab. We will not select any specific model. On the right, we will select the Exynos tab. In the Chip drop-down menu, we will select 850, which is the processor of our phone.

4- With everything already prepared in the software, we will turn off the phone. We will press volume down and power and quickly connect the USB cable to put our phone into download or flashing mode. We get a blue screen like this. Now, in our tool, we will click the button that says [ODIN] ENABLE ADB. We wait for the tool to do its job. In a few seconds, it will finish, the phone will restart, and it will turn on.

5- Once the phone has finished turning on, we will notice that ADB mode is enabled, so we will proceed to click in UnlockTool on the ADB [REMOVE FRP] button. In a few seconds, the tool will read the phone's characteristics and unlock it. In our case, we have been successful. The first Samsung with an Exynos processor locked with a Google Account, unlocked in our workshop.

Up to here, this is the process of removing the password and subsequently unlocking the Google Account. Generally, we do these jobs with UnlockTool, but there are other paid and highly reliable tools that can do it. This is the most accessible one for us due to its low rental cost.

DESBLOQUEO

1- Como el teléfono tiene contraseña, lo primero que haremos será quitársela, le advertimos al cliente que se le borrará toda la información que tiene en la memoria interna del dispositivo. Así que ahora apagaremos el equipo y entraremos al menú del recovery. Estos dispositivos no se apagan normalmente en la pantalla de la contraseña, para hacerlo debes primero ponérsela. Así que para ello deberemos hacer una operación con habilidad. Apretaremos el botón de volumen menos más el power para forzar el apagado. Cuando se apague, rápidamente conectaremos el cable USB a la PC y soltaremos el volumen en menos y apretaremos rápidamente el volumen más. Así nos mostrará entonces el menú recovery.

2- Una vez en este menú, veremos el modelo exacto del teléfono, en este caso es un A145M, además de la versión del software y el binario que es 4. Este es el quinto parámetro cuando contamos de derecha a izquierda. Nos da la fecha de seguridad que tiene el dispositivo. Mientras más grande, más actual es el software y más complejo es el desbloqueo. Ahora en ese menú iremos donde dice Wipe Data/factory reset y apretaremos el power para seleccionarlo. Así quedará formateado nuestro dispositivo y con ello borrada la contraseña y todo el contenido en la memoria interna. Solo nos queda esperar que el dispositivo encienda.

3- Una vez encendido el dispositivo, al tratar de avanzar es entonces que nos percatamos de que está bloqueado con una cuenta Google, así que tendremos que hacer un segundo desbloqueo. El 90 % de los teléfonos que le hacemos un hard reset luego hay que hacerles bypass de las cuentas Google por bloqueo FRP, evidentemente este bloqueo en un móvil se activa cuando posee contraseña y cuenta Google y aproximadamente el 90 % y más tienen estas dos cosas.

Para quitar la cuenta en nuestro dispositivo veremos qué procesador tiene, por el modelo A145M nos encontramos que es un procesador Exynos 850. Estos teléfonos, no los podíamos desbloquear por las razones que explicamos al principio, pero ahora probaremos nuestra herramienta Unlocktool, que ya hace unos meses los incorporó dentro de sus soluciones.

Rentaremos la herramienta con el costo de 0.99 USDT. La abrimos y vamos directamente a la pestaña de Samsung, no seleccionaremos ningún modelo en específico, a la derecha seleccionaremos la pestaña Exynos, en el menú desplegable de Chip, seleccionaremos 850, que es el procesador de nuestro móvil.

4- Todo ya preparado en el software, apagaremos el teléfono. Apretaremos volumen menos y power y rápidamente conectaremos el cable USB para colocar nuestro móvil en modo de descarga o flasheo. Nos sale así, una pantalla en azul. En unos segundos, la herramienta leerá las características del móvil y lo desbloqueará. En nuestro caso, hemos tenido éxito. El primer Samsung con procesador Exynos bloqueado con cuenta Google, desbloqueado en nuestro taller.

Hasta aquí este proceso de eliminar la contraseña y posterior desbloqueo de cuenta de Google. Generalmente, hacemos estos trabajos con Unlocktool, pero existen otras herramientas de pago y gran confiabilidad que lo pueden hacer. Esta es la más accesible para nosotros por su bajo costo de renta.
