If they were 100% robust solutions then we have already been following them for 1 and a half year, so by now the solutions should have worked.

I think the best solutions is to start thinking more on how to always prepare for both negative and positive challenges that could occur in our society,the world was not prepared for the pandemic like covid19 so it shooked the world..in my own opinion
