True, but $2.50 can add up with enough subscribers too. A thousand paying users would bring in $2,500 a month. Obviously development and running costs matter, but so does giving people a stronger reason to subscribe in the first place.

I’m suggesting possible directions, not asking you to build everything at once or include it all at that price. Start with one useful service, test demand, and price it accordingly.
