Cici birds or Golden headed cisticola (Cisticola exilis) is one species of bird with a very uniform distribution area in Indonesia. Birds belonging to the Cisticolidae family are known as tailor birds, for clever sewing the nest, by stealing cobwebs and using them as threads.
This bird is not only found in Indonesia, but also in India, southern China, Southeast Asia, and even in Australia which in fact is in the southern part of Indonesia.
This beautiful little-looking bird is found in rice fields, grasslands, and shrubs. They often scavenge grass to search for insects as food.
