First off, welcome to hive. It's an incredibly unique social media experience so I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself here. In regards to post ideas.. Well you live in Indiana. I've spent time around the Ft. Wayne area and Huntington. If you like being outdoors there's a number of wild plants, and fungi that have edible/medicinal uses in your region of the country. You could blog about those topics while you learn on your walks. We have a great community here called Natural Medicine which is awesome, and loads of great folks who will support your content.
