Great post. The original of this was leaked by Luis Elizondo, a project director with the defence intelligence agency. It was part of a program being run by the DIA at the time which was called ATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) which itself was part of a larger program according to L Elizondo.
The claim made regarding the nature of the overall initiative get's pretty strange. It covers everything from collaboration with Bigelow Aerospace Industries and the Department of Defence studying "Extradimensional Phenomena" in the Uintah Basin in Utah, to the study of aerial phenomena. It's an odd rabbit hole that deals with some pretty strange stuff if we are to believe Elizondo's claims. There's compelling testimony from DIA staff regarding someof the strangeness that happened during their time in the Uintah Basin during the DIA project that was the umbrella project over AATIP; which is where this video is supposed to have originally been leaked from.
This Tic Tac was leaked a while ago and is definitely fascinating though. The Pentagon has finally decided to officially own it at this stage. As always question marks on why behind the action.
Great post, and if this particular subject interest you give some of the odd stuff around AATIP and above all L. Elizondo's activities today. I.e. His work with To The Stars Academy. There's also a documentary out by a researcher named Jermey Corbell that was put out regarding this particular video and other stuff around the phenomena that may be worth a look.
