The philosophy behind carbon tax and other anti-c02 measures even though c02 is harmless plant food.
People failing to act until inconvenienced to do so is a concept behind so much of what humans as an animal do, not just political agendas. Its in our DNA to be that way. I agree C02 is not a poison like certain groups would have us believe. When it comes to the atmosphere, the world is in a C02 starvation, not some unnaturally high levels. It is at about the lowest levels possible to support life. There is no correlation with C02 as a leading indicator of temperature. Even if it was true, the concept that humans, by applying a tax to other humans, will "fix" it is incredibly self righteous. Despite government leveraging that concept in a struggle session, doesn't make that sentence any less true.
