Exchanges that only have 8 decimals are already removing BTC pairs for quite a lot of cryptocurrencies because they are worth 0.01 ~ 0.7 satoshis and the values are rounded downward... For cryptocurrencies that are worth more than 0.7 satoshis, but less than 2 satoshis, they are basically contemplated keeping until they have added one more decimal to the exchange backend...
