There’s a feeling in my head that have been troubling me and this is a feeling I quite cant shake off. I heard a voice in my head say –
“BE STRONG FOR YOUR FUTURE SELF…….DONT GIVE UP AND DON’T MAKE HIM REGRET BEING YOU IN THE PAST. WORK HARD AND MAKE IT QUICK……..YOU OWE YOURSELF THAT AT LEAST.”
This is something that has got me thinking for hours now and I think there’s a reasonable point to be made from this.
I came to a reasonable conclusion of what this meant and I would like to share this with people.
A COUPLE OF ADVICE FOR PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG ONES WHO STILL HAVE TIME TO CHASE DREAMS AND BUILD A SUCCESSFUL LIFE FOR THEMSELVES)
Do not chase anything that you cannot picture in your mind:
This is simple enough to understand. A lot of people chase (working hard) the dreams or visions of other people. Don’t decide to become a lawyer, doctor or an athlete simply because you see others thriving in that field or you heard that a lot of money is made there. Chase after a picture you can clearly visualize. If it’s not your dream then you won’t succeed there and you definitely might not be happy in that field.
If you have zeal as an artist, there’s a much greater chance that you’ll make it as an artist than as a footballer. Put in a lot of effort and in due time, you’ll see rewards…..
Do things that make you happy not things that pleases others:
Try not to be a “PEOPLE PLEASER”. People that do than tend to live “unsatisfied and unhappy” lives. If you’re doing something that seems to bore you or just for the sake of impressing someone and deep down, you don’t like it, STOP DOING THAT.
Strive to make it young:
“TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN” – this is a very popular saying and its inarguable the truest. Its better to work hard and make plans while you’re young and theres still time than to start the struggle when youre aged. Time waits for no man.
Don’t do things that’ll endanger your future:
I might channel this to mainly the ladies….. talking about drugs, abortions and alcohol. Stray from these three things because its aftermath side effects are deadly. Think about the family you hope to someday raise. Don’t endanger the health state of your unborn kids. Also, try living a crime free life and avoid jail. This would go a long way in protecting your reputation if you ever try to go into a political line or get a decent job.
