I have been TV bingeing on Masterchef Junior Season 7 for the past 2-3 days. It is mesmerising to watch kids as young as eight years of age skilfully cooking or baking up a storm. They are so savvy and knowledgeable about several types of cuisines and how to cook and plate a Masterchef worthy dish.
I am impressed with the kids' knife skills too; filleting fish, chopping meat, dicing onions , the works. I never let my children handle knives when they were young In case they accidentally hurt themselves.
Kudos to these amazing and talented kids.
