Today I am going to tell you about the development work of my country. Last time I told you about Dhaka Barishal highway. It going to be four lane high way. Some bridges have been constructed and road has been built to connect with the bridge. The work has been completed two years ago. But it's matter of great regret that the newly made portions have been damaged. One the other hand in the same high way a portion was constructed long twenty years ago. That portion is still good. Question may arise WHY? Who will answer it? I can simply explain it, that is the portion which was constructed twenty years ago was built by a foreign construction company. A Korean company did the work. On the other hand the newly built portions are made by a Bangladeshi builder. That is the difference. Then how can we expect development of our country?
Bangladesh is a poor country.( People say) I am not agree with them. We are not poor. Our land is fertile. We can cultivate most of our land. We are self sufficient in food. But our mentality is poor. We only think for ourselves. But it's not fare. We are men, the best creation of God. So our thoughts should be great.
