I went to market today. I have bought an olive plant. It's an ever green tree. The olive known by the botanical name Olea europaea, means "European olive". It is a species of small tree in the family Oleaceae, found traditionally in the Mediterranean Basin. We get oil from olive which is an oval shaped green fruit. It is used in various ways. We make pickle with it. The olive pickle is very tasty. It is very easy to make pickle with olive. At first take some olives. After washing boil it. Then filter the water. After that smash it a bit. Then put some sugar in it. You have to put some spices ie corriender, jeers, ginger and garlic. You can put some mustered oil with it. To preserve it for a long time you have to put some vinegar. Do not forget to add some tasty salt. Really I like olive pickle very much.
I also bought a coconut plant. I shall plant the olive plant and the coconut plant in the afternoon.
