How is everything? I hope fine. I am also fine. Today I am going to tell you about my ginger plant. You know a lot about it. During the time of Corona the demand of ginger has increased highly. People use ginger as spices in different types of cooking. It increases the taste of food. For cooking fish and all types of meat ginger is essential. We can't think a day without it. Beside cooking we also use it for making tea. We take vapour of boiling ginger with different types spices to protect ourselves from Corona. For massive use of ginger it's demand has increased. On my rooftop I have made a bed where I have planted ginger. First I have made three high row because if water stands the plant will die. I also put a tarpaulin when it rains heavily. I remove it after rain.
In my garden I have a flower same looking as ginger. It's ginger lily. It's difficult to separate the two types of plants. The stalk and leave of the plants are alike. The ginger lily blooms in rainy season. It's colour is white. It's smell is light but really sweet. The life span of the flower is not long. May be after blooming it lasts for two or three days. Really it's an amazing flower. During summer I water and weed them. It doesn't need any insecticide. So it's not difficult to plant and look after them.
