Contribution in Susi Chromebot

ISSUE

There was no indication for empty chat history and no button to go to the bottom of chat with a click.

SOLUTION

I added a indication for empty chat history and a jump to bottom button in the layout.

SUMMARY

Starting of my open source contribution started from FOSSASIA and its SUSI AI projects really impressed me so I started working on one of its clients(Chromebot). I found issues and made relevant PR's in it. It is not released yet will be released soon.
