can, but container ships for holidays are longer than cruise ships

The fee to join the cargo ship is subject to $ 115 per day. You get 3x meals and a bed. Can break in the captain's room, or talk to the cargo ship mechanic team. For cleanliness, passengers must be diligent in cleaning their own bedroom, because the ship team only comes to clean the room once a week.

There is no laundry service, passengers have to wash themselves. There is no large swimming pool, sometimes only one small pool on the boat. Other services such as limited internet networks, ping pong tables, choice of CDs and DVDs and books are still provided.

Although comfort for tourists on cargo ships is minimal. Apparently there are only interested tourists. Julie Richard said she arranged around 200-300 tourists every year, to sail on cargo ships aboard the Freighter Expedition in Sydney. Passengers must book one month ahead for favorite routes such as routes to China and Europe.
