1. Do you even attend your Estate meetings or are you so reserved or so isolated that you have no relationship with your neighbors for what ever reason or are you too busy to attend such meetings?

2. Do you have a neighbourhood What'sApp group, only for emergency messages such as when a neighbour is being attacked or robbed, or for a fire incident, or when a neighbour is critically ill and needs urgent help and other emergencies?

3. Do you know that, that your cook, or your nanny, your driver, or that your steward, your maid, the day care center handlers or your children lesson teacher,...etc, could be HIV positive without you knowing.
   He/She can have Hepatitis B, staf... or even tuberculosis?

What will it cost you to do a medical test for them before you employ them just to be extremely careful?

Because your life is in danger if you engage a sick victim without knowing their medical history. Any thing can happen.

1. That househelp you get yearly from the agent. Have u ever bothered to check where the agent lives or whatever job he does outside leasing househelps?
   Do u know the Househelp he gives could be a thief and an alabi, or a hired killer or kidnapper tailored to get at you?

The housegirls, or the nannies you brought and allowed to sleep in your childrens room could be an agent of the devil, child molesters or they could be criminals.

1. Do you know that your driver could be a wanted person by the police in another state for theft, armed robery or kidnapping?

Have you ever done a check on him with the Police and do you have a 5x7 photograph of him?

Never allow your daughters get too familiar with drivers, stewards etc.

Drivers should never be allowed to take children to school alone.
