Realistic expectations. You guys literally said the whole truth.

I have one question: is saving HBD a good thing? Like for overall community. Yesterday, I was reading an article, and being honest, I didn't understand the most of it. But, the main agenda said that HBD is resulting in damage to the community. Because, I am thinking going for it, sooner or later via investment, the interest rate is good :)
