Hello Actifitters! It was just a normal day. Humidity has once again risen. But, no special worries, we have to adapt to this situation now.
I skipped my morning walk, because I had some office work to complete. However, after three or four days, I was able to cross 10K steps. So, I will still count it as a positive day.
And of course, I went to play football as usual. A fun day, indeed.
