My close friends in the business.. women, men and transgenders all have our individual problems or, "flaws" to which we all are fighting to eradicate. From actors all the way down to the production crew... we are all working on the back end to make changes.
If your judgement stems from some one sided poorly reported and very ignorant form of journalism, it's disappointing and irresponsible of you. Coming into a discord server to spread an obvious exaggerated and out of context story as a fact then comparing it to "neo nazi" violence... is no different from those responsible for creating #FakeNews and forcing heavy censorship in mainstream social media.

Stop spitting out garbage about the Hollywood/television industry if you're too lazy or flat out refuse to do some proper research and acknowledge the incredible progress of such communities such as the #MeToo movement and others.

dealing with uncertainty about a particular way to tell a story is a frequent challenge. It's those nerve wrecking decisions made that could, produce the result we seek. Being able to convey the emotional connection to the audience, in a scene.. can be as ruthless and embarrassing as ever... but you wouldn't understand unless you at least translate the feeling to a personal situation on your end.We are the storytellers... YOU are the audience..
