First, CGTrader license allows for whatever PsyberX is doing. You are and to that extent, ChatGPT 3.5 is interpreting the wording wrong. CGTrader license disallows you to sell the files downloaded from the site. Whatever you create using the files is fair game. It can be a just random JPG.

Second, you can argue that NFTs are "Incorporated Products" and the 3D Assets themselves are not the actually valuable part of these. So, there should be no issues regarding licenses.

Third, I don't know you but a purchase of a license is both permission from the original author and proper compensation for the original author.

So I have to call this for what it is, a smear campaign and a nothing burger.
