I think Ke is vital in the current situation. Extraction cannot be rewarded during this crisis. But an awareness campaign is needed.

KE is an important indicator, but it is also not the whole picture. There are some accounts that have high KE in my opinion (4>) but they also bring value to the chain in other ways.

But there are also accounts that have 30+ KE and have not interacted with anyone on chain for years. That are still posting and claiming rewards.

And I downvote these accounts but I am just a one guy.
