They are still voting because they set-up a trail, or receive curation rewards because they delegated to a curation account. But other than that no activity. No posts/comments, no power-ups or withdrawals.

It is interesting seeing auto-vote accounts that are inactive with thousands of Hive. Maybe they'll become active one day, maybe they'll be a forever Hive blackhole.
