This is one of our favorite espresso machines this year. It's Victoria arduino's eagle one and its going to be available for professionals sometime this year. Its automatic and has pid control per group. It has separated boilers per group which can be optimized as you like (pressure temperature etc.) depending on the coffee you want to extract extract. It supports preinfusion and it's made from sustainable materials. There are many technical specifications that i can tell you about this machine and how great and ingenious it is but the first thing that captured me is it's Italian design and how it will fit in my space.
