About a month ago I went for a weekend's visit to Amsterdam. I do not get to fly often and there was one leg of the flight where the plane was half empty and so I got a chance to switch between the window seat on the right and the one on the left.

Of course I used the opportunity to take lots of pictures. Here are some of them

I liked how you can see the plane chasing the dusk - behind us night has already fallen but the sun was still clinging to the sky ahead.

This is a really huge cloud formation. I have no idea what was happening under it but I imagine it was a pretty substantial storm.

In this picture you can see the sun painting a cloud tall enough to be in its light while below almost everything is in shadow.

In this picture, taken over Europe, it seems like the fields are melting and dripping down.

Just some pink clouds.

This is one of the best cloud covers I ever got a chance to shoot - it almost looks like a Photoshop generated BG.

All pictures were taken with my phone - a Xiaomi Mi A1.

Let me know what you think and if you'd like to some more of my flight photography.
