Last week the company I work for has moved to a new office. We didn't move far, just across the street. Our new offices are more spacious and feel like they have more room. Ironically, it feels like we have far less storage space.
Here are some pics from our new offices, still being organised.
The programmer's room is a large open space where we all sit at long tables together. There are no partitions between work stations, I guess to discourage working on anything private during working hours. Due to an argument about the size of his new room, the deputy director manager is sitting in the programmer's room. At the end of the desk my station is at.
Oh and the bathrooms are locked. The keys are at the front desk and we have to go get them if we want to use the bathroom. If the key isn't there (someone else is using it) we just have to wait. I hope the building management decides to open up the bathrooms soon since it's not very comfortable.
The building is brand new and there are only 2 companies that have already moved in. the rest of the floors are just large empty concrete expanses. I'll show you some of those on my next post.
Enjoy your weekend :)
