There are a whole host of reasons why Britons should dislike and sometimes despise the National Health Service (NHS). There’s the poor quality of treatment, the labyrinthine and sclerotic bureaucracy that dominates the NHS, the 63% of maternity units that are classed as ‘unsafe’, the long waits for treatment and the fight against a hostile healthcare system for correct diagnoses for patients.
Now there’s another reason to hate the NHS. The NHS has tolerated so many extremist ‘Palestine’ supporters such as this one below publicised by Habibi on the X platform, that maybe we should just acknowledge reality and call the NHS ‘The National Hamas Service’?

Yes this particular Jew hating and West hating bastard is a surgeon. Imagine trusting someone like this to carry out your operation? Even worse imagine being a British Jew who faces an operation from a surgeon such as this? It doesn’t exactly create confidence in the NHS does it?
