I think we need them to be 2 different coins, like we don't buy shoes from Starbucks, we won't use smart contracts on Bitcoin because even if they'll be implemented, Ethereum will do it better.

Bitcoin has certainly gone a long way from last year, but to be fair you can't compare the number of transactions today to December. Luckily there are great things like Lightning Network coming up :)

Bitcoin has already gotten way more attainable than it used to be. When I first bought Bitcoin there were only a few exchanges selling Bitcoin for fiat, now most exchanges are starting to offer fiat pairs
