Renovations are fun, well they can be. I just got finished renovating my kitchen. Kitchens tend to be a good value add to homes, especially if you had a very outdated kitchen to start, like I had, haha. I am happy how my turned out. I heard somewhere that you recoup like 90% or so of the cost of the kitchen, by that amount of increase in the value of the home.
