The working mentality is different for each person. Many people work in an office. Their work style is different as well as their work mentality. Everyone thinks that his work is the hardest and that he has the most work pressure on him. Someone continues to work even after the end of duty time. And someone is looking at the clock to see when the duty time will end. Of course, there are many reasons for this mentality. I don't go to those. I am talking about the work mentality of the newcomers. Currently the number of educated unemployed is much higher. Due to which more educated workers are also applying for lower positions and are also getting jobs. It is both public and private. The main reason for this is to increase the work experience and find a new job. This thing is more in the case of private employees. Many do not try in the first 1 year and many change if they do not like the job.

But apart from these, there are many people who join the company thinking of something bigger than their position and change jobs after a few days. I am now saying why I am saying these words. A few days ago I witnessed an incident. Earlier I told about my profession that I am a civil engineer. And we don't have the right time for any work. When the work starts, you have to finish it. As long as it takes. So some engineers join a site. They quit their jobs within a month. The reason is that the site is very hot, work pressure is very high, drinking water is not good. These are all baseless. We have no working environment. We have to be ready for all kinds of work in all kinds of environments. When I first started working, my boss told us that you would not get father's affection here or that no one would teach you to work by hand. There is no mentality to work anywhere, the mentality has to be created. It is a mistake to assume that you will give orders to everyone or that everyone will obey your orders.
If you want to work, you have to create a work mentality first. Many people work in the same place and not everyone will survive. But we have to try to survive. If you change the servant every 6 months, it will affect your working life. Even if you join a good job, it will feel bad to you. And there are very few companies that give an employee the opportunity to rejoin when he leaves his job. There is always a race at work where everyone wants to be on top. But if you do not have the mentality to work, you will not be able to rise to the top. And not that you're the only one doing that. There are a lot of people who are doing these things that you have given up.
And it's not that hard to create a working mentality. Follow only those who are working with you or those who have worked or are working before you. Have an idea about the job market. If you have to quit your job, join a company bigger than where you are working. And create an environment about yourself in the current company so that there is no chance of disrespect if you need to rejoin one day in the future.
