After about 1 year, the work has started again. I started going to work again. Feeling a lot better. But Corona 2nd Web has invaded our country. Lock down has started in our country again. However, the work has started again following some rules and regulations.
I took the first picture about 1 year ago when the lockdown started in our country and our project was closed because all our consultant engineers here are Chinese. And they could not come to our country for corona. Of course, they still can't come to our country for corona. However, due to the closure of our project, the company has to pay a lot of money every day. So we started working again as per the advice of the Chinese consultant. Yes, we left the critical work and started working.

However, we have started working on a lot of safety. We can’t do a lot of people working together here. We started working with a small number of people. This is a gypsum shed. We completed about 80% of its civil work before the first lockdown, such as the striker beam, climber beam, shed support beam and almost all the underground work. Now the work of belt conveyor, floor, wall and many other small works are left. And that's where we started. And among the most critical works is the work of rail bit.

Inside this shed we are making two beams called sticker beam and climer beam. These are about 181 meters long. And on top of that we will put the rail bit. And two machines named a striker and reclimer will be placed on top of this rail bit. With which gypsum will be thrown and lifted inside this shed. The machines have arrived but they have not been commissioned yet due to the remaining work of the rail bit.

We will use Non Shrink Free Flow Cementitious Grout to attach these rail bits. We are using Fosroc conbextra company products here. The products have come to us. Hopefully in a few days we will be able to start the work with the opinion of our Consultant Engineer.

The use of this type of cement is very rare in our country. So I will start working with the advice of our consultant. The mechanical engineers have almost finished their shed work. But inside, since we couldn't finish the work, they couldn't work either.

This shed is designed by CHMC (China National Heavy Machinery Corporation). It is 190 meters long and 56 meters wide. It will contain about 3500 tons of gypsum, 1600 tons of slag and 2000 tons of limestone. And its civil work budget has been fixed at 5 crore rupees. And the steel trusses of the shed have been imported directly from China. This total work was supposed to be completed. In 1.2 years, however, it has lagged far behind for Corona.

We are now working on its conveyor belt for the first time. Hopefully we can finish the job well.
